As part of our 360° platform, you can use the ticketareo ticket scanner either as a standalone tool or as a complete solution within the event management platform. With the ticketareo ticket scanner as a standalone tool, you can easily import existing registrations from your Excel file. Within the platform you use our website editor and sell your tickets via your own event landing page.

How does it work?

Simple and effective

Step 1: Import visitors or event website

No matter if you already have existing registrations or if you sell tickets via your ticketareo event website - our ticket scanner allows you to import your data easily. You can find more information here.

Step 2: Sending tickets

After the import, personalized e-mails will be generated. These are automatically sent to your participants with a ticket and an individual QR code. You can also set whether your participants should receive an e-mail reminder about the event at a specified time before the event.

Step 3: Ticket check

With the ticketareo ticket scanner, tickets can be scanned at the entrance with an iPhone, iPads, Android smartphone or a computer with webcam - easy and straightforward. Of course, visitors can optionally be checked out again. More details about the scanning functions can be found here

Step 4: Label printer

You have the possibility to print personalized labels for your visitors using the system of our ticket scanner. Just connect the device you use to scan your tickets with a printer and you're ready to go. You can find out more about this in our information and tips on the label printer.

Step 5: Analytics

Analyze your data, see which visitors were present for how long and who didn't show up. Use your data optimally for your event follow-up. More about the statistics you can find here

Scan & Print Badges

Personalized badges are not only a highlight for visitors, but also a useful added value for sales and marketing.

In the run-up to the event, you can configure which data the badge should contain. Visitor data such as name and company, logo of the event or the personal QR code - all this can be individually specified. In addition, you can define the exact dimensions or format of your master to print the badge directly after the scan for your visitor.

Has your attendee's name changed or has the ticket been passed on? No problem! You can quickly and easily adjust the data via your smartphone display.

Import data via Excel file

You have already collected user registrations via your website or another platform and now you want to issue QR codes to use the ticket scanner functions?

No problem. A simple CSV import offers you the possibility to automatically issue tickets with QR codes and send them via email.

  1. Log in to ticketareo and enter the basic data of your event (name, logo & dates).
  2. Download the Excel template and import your data as CSV file
  3. Automatically send an individual mail with the PDF ticket, QR code and appointment file to your participants.
  4. Scan from the printout or smartphone display

Scan functions & quotas

Uncomplicated overview in the scanning process through various status displays:

  • Valid, a ticket is valid during the event period. If a participant shows up too early or at a wrong time, you have the choice to reject him or check him in anyway.
  • Invalid, the status can occur if the ticket does not match the appointment or if the ticket has already been scanned.

Quotas can be set in the backend. For example, if access to a certain room is limited. If the room is fully occupied, individuals must be checked out again with the scanner in order to scan further tickets. The utilization of the rooms can easily be defined in advance in the event schedule.

If a ticket has been forgotten or cannot be scanned, the visitor can also be pragmatically called up and checked in using the search function in the ticket scanner.

Analysis & Statistics

Who was there?

You receive the first evaluations directly at check-in. Useful information, such as status and utilization are displayed directly in the scanner. You can then view further statistics in the admin area. There you can see how many tickets have been scanned in total and which of your registered visitors are present and which are not.

For further processing after the event or the import into the CRM, the data can also be exported at any time, including registration status as well as check in and check out times.
